Two Pop!

It made me laugh. Needed that.

These two have been standing beside my computer ever since they arrived some days after Black Friday. I have had my eyes on the McTwisp since I last visited Denmark. The Disney Store in Copenhagen did not have it, so I had plans to order it through the internet. But I had no luck at all. 

NHL Funko Pop!

OMG! That was my first reaction when I saw the news about NHL players to become Pop! stars! As for me, this is a very nice combo - collecting Funko Pop! and hockey! Funko Pop! has already secured the rights to WWE, MLB and NBA athletes, so this will be another sports league marking their place on the shelves in Pop! form. The initial lineup will include ten players and some variants just exclusive for the collectors in Canada. Some toy stores in Canada have already put one of these figurines up for sale and other stores have promised that these will be in on October the 20th.

At first we had some plans to just take a road trip to Malmö, a coast city down south and the third largest one here in Sweden and the 6th largest in the Nordic countries. You know, look at the Ribersborg beach, Turning Torso and enjoy a good meal. But suddenly plans changed and we sat on a train that took us over the Öresund Bridge to Denmark. Food at the Bøfhus, strolling on the shopping street Strøget and a visit to the Disney Store!
